Ashley + Forrest | 4.4.2025 ✨ I feel like we say this a lot, but I honestly believe we hit the jackpot, over and over again, when it comes to our couples being as amazing as they are. From the very start I was giddy to receive Ashley & Forrest’s inquiry; the groom shares my Father-in-law’s name, and he’s just thee BEST, so I had a feeling everything would follow suit (and I was very correct) 🫶🏻🥹💻The couple had never visited the venue in person. We did the tasting and every single planning meeting via video, and they trusted my advice every step of the way. Once they arrived on property, it was so obvious that the family, the couple, the guests and everyone was so genuinely bubbling over with kindness and love.🪩We wondered if a group of the more intimate size would be able to bring the hype for almost 3hrs on the dance floor and did they EVER! It was like a party triple their actual size in energy level.🤍One of the most special moments was when 2 beautiful cardinals flew over top of the ceremony, landed in the tree right next to where we were standing and perched to watch. In all of the years doing ceremonies on Hammock Beach, I haven’t seen that happen. In that moment, it hit me that I had seen a red cardinal tattoo on the grooms calf the day prior at the rehearsal and I instantly got chills. I knew there was a connection. After the ceremony, the groom and his mother (and myself) shared tears and goosebumps as they shared the story of the symbolism of the cardinal to their family with his late grandmother’s presence.I love being a part of these moments with our couples. Jordan & Tyler | 1.31.2025 📍Playa Largo Resort & Spa | Jordan and Tyler came to us from Colorado with a special tie to the Florida Keys. Their family has a home here, and they wanted to share their favorite spot with their closest friends and family for their wedding weekend. On Thursday, we welcomed everyone with a rehearsal dinner on the Beach House Lawn at Playa Largo, followed by a beach side welcome cocktail celebration for all of their guests. Friday was The Big Day 🫶🏻 The tropical aesthetic combined with timeless black and white was absolute perfection. And can we please have a moment for the ghost chairs at the ceremony sitting inconspicuously on the white sand, looking clean and elegant as they faced the sparkling ocean, while being hugged on all sides by palms and tropical accents!? 🤩The sunset was breathtaking and the sunset photos in the sailboat were perfection. The format of their day was one of my favorites at Playa Largo Resort: Wedding Ceremony on the beach, followed by dinner, speeches and all formalities al fresco on The Event Lawn under the string lights, and moved into the Tavernier Ballroom for one heck of a party vibe. When our vendors (who see wedding receptions all of the time) start commenting to us about how unbelievably amazing the party is, you know core memories are being made on that dance floor! Cayla + Brandon | 4.6.2025 🤍 This wedding party traveled far (several International locations!) to celebrate this sweetheart special couple for a long weekend packed full of connection, quality time, sunshine and memory making. We worked diligently throughout the planning process alongside Cayla, Brandon and our team of vendors on every detail to bring their vision to life. The most ahhmazing weather, the beauty in every thoughtfully curated detail, the bubbly flowing all day and night made for a beautiful Sunday wedding in the Florida Keys! The perfection of this entire day was honestly such a blessing, and when I saw Cayla’s mom cry tears of joy when she walked into the ballroom, I knew we had successfully created the magic they were looking for.
